I hope the new year will bring all of you joy, love, laughter, wealth and nothing but happiness! Let's hope for a wonderful 2010. HAPPY NEW YEARS EVERYONE! ♥ Some of the pictures I said I would post! Do keep in mind that the car was always moving and I have extremely shaky hands. So I'm sorry if some of the pictures aren't so clear! Just a quick recap of what we all did.(:

I was suppose to post about my trip, but that can wait, lol. Anyway, I was lemming on these Maybelline Eyestudio babies after I saw the beautiful Nee (or bebexo on YT) reviewing them here and here. I was bummed that only Canada had these available and was so close to purchasing them on Ebay (they're too marked up!). But while I was looking for some XBox games yesterday, I saw these babies at a nearby stand and I knew I had to purchase!

The Maybelline plush quads had some really lovely colors, but when I looked at them, some of the quads had a little too much shimmer/glitter for my liking so I skipped those for now. I went ahead and only purchased one item just to see how I like it. This is from the Marbleized line. The color I got was 04 Mocha Mirage.

Hello everyone! I'm back from my little trip! I went to Reno, NV to have fun in the snow and get some bear prizes at Circus Circus, lol. I hope all of you had a very Merry Christmas (if you celebrate it) with your family an friends. I was tagged to do a "What's In My Makeup Bag" post by AtelierGal about 2 weeks ago, and honestly, I don't really carry a makeup bag around with me. I never touch my makeup either. My makeup lasts pretty much all day and plus, I don't wear much makeup in the day anyway. And since my travel bag hasn't been unpacked yet, I figured I would share the makeup items I took with me on my trip.

I'm very anal about what I take with me on a trip because I have a knack for losing items (and yes, I did lose something on this trip. It was small, but I was still upset - LOL). So, I brought items with me that I knew I could easily obtain once I get back home if I were to lose anything. Since this was a short trip, I didn't bring much. This was the makeup bag they're stored in (courtesy of miss Anjalee for my birthday, thanks hun!).

Okay, so I lied when I said the last post would be the last post until I come back from vacation. Anywho, I was doing some clean up and I noticed that this quad has been untouched. I recieved this Etude quad from my lovely friend Hanna for my birthday, thanks again dear!

This is a little hard since I'm using MS PAINT to put everything together. LOL Anyway, this is a soft look I quickly did this morning because I wanted to test out this new cleansing milk I purchased and I wanted to see if it can do its job. So I hope you like this mini how to look using golds, reds, browns and greens! And don't mind the lashes, I was doing this slightly in the dark since its really cloudy and dark today, haha. Again, my camera washed out the colors a bit, sorry! Also, I want to apologize ahead of time for some of the pictures with my eyes slightly red. For some reason my eyes started to get really watery. I did this look having monolids and people who don't like flashy dramatic looks in mind. Enjoy!

I'm back from my last final! This was computer science - I think I didn't do that great. I kept second guessing myself so let's hope the answers that I've changed last minute wasn't a bad choice, lol. So, holidays for me has officially arrived! I actually did a post on this in my old blog, but I'm just reposting this as I was inspired to do so by Dina's post on her blog here. I think some of you may benefit from this.

Rawr! I've found some items I'm quite enjoying for my skin right now, so I'll be to post it later this week. I can't post until after Thursday as I have finals to study for. So please do check out some of these giveaways from some amazing ladies!

Blovet Beauty is giving away a full size bottle of Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion to one lucky winner. This lotion sounds like some awesome stuff especially now that its winter! Visit the post HERE!

//edit:

Amy Naree is also giving away a bottle of Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion. Check out her post HERE!

There are a few more giveaways, but I have to go recheck and update this.

Please show these girls some love and join their giveaways! You might just be the lucky one. ♥ A quickie look at how my current skin care rountine is doing for me. Ignore the baggy eyes - its genetics, LOL. All I have is CG tinted moisturizer and some MAC MSF blush on.
Sorry about not doing any reviews. My skin's been acting up due to the drastic change of weather. Winter finally hit my area last week! My skin is super dry and I have some dry patches on my cheekbone area so I'm trying to keep my skin in check at the moment. If I find some great skin products, I'll let you all know! I managed to do an EOTD this morning and the colors are a bit washed out due to the intensity of the flash. Its much more vivid and smokey. HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!

DEAR FTC:
All products here are either purchased myself or I've recieved from a friend.
Hello my lovelies, just wanted to make a quick post about a recent package I've received from the wonderful AtelierGal - if you haven't checked out her site yet, you should! She's a smart and beautiful girl who does some really nice skin care reviews as well as beautiful EOTDs! So go check her out and follow her. (: She read that I was looking for a good primer and she wanted to send me Maybelline's Angelfit primer to try out. Of course being the sweetheart she is, she also added some real nice skin care products and yummy treats as well! ♥

First off, I want to address on something very quickly. A lot of people have gone all anal about it - especially on Youtube (LOL) and its quite simple really. I'm sure that all of you or most of you have heard of the new FTC (Federal Trade Commission) legislation which requires both bloggers and vloggers to mention whether or not they're given a free product or being paid to review a product as well as if its their honest opinion. -_-"  I would never lie about a product nor would I ever recommend a product that I didn't truly like. It goes against the integrity of my blog. Now, if you purchased the product with your own money, its not mandatory because you're in no affiliation with the brand. It is only if you are mentioning a product that's been given to you for free that you have to disclose information. Now since the FTC is based in the US, it only refers to us, but I'm assuming since international blogs/vlogs are being viewed by americans as well, this somewhat applies to you also. If you're already doing it, don't worry about it - nothing's going to change for you. Its just for those "gurus" that haven't been quite honest lately, lol. This has been effective since Dec. 1, 2009. If I did get anything wrong, I apologize, but you can learn more at British Beauty Blogger and watch this video by Gemma (Gemsmaquillage). Now on to my review.

I've finally hit pan on my Pur Minerals Pressed Powder Foundation, and honestly, I don't want to spend another 24-26USD again. Its a nice full coverage powder foundation - but no, lol. As being the Target junkie I am, I went to the beauty and makeup aisle and I spotted something very similar - L'Oreal's True Match Powder Foundation. Let's compare the two shall we?

Okay, I think I'm getting the hang of my new camera. I haven't played around with make up for quite some time now and this look took me a while, haha. I use the pencil technique here and I used some cool browns, black and orange. I then used a color from the Majolica palette to add a little shimmer since all the colors I used were matte.

ITEMS USED:
Maybelline SuperStay Makeup in Natural Tan
88 Matte/Satin Palette
Nabi Brown Eyeliner
Majolica Majorca Trick On GR750 (Gold Shimmer)
Prestige Soft Minerals Eyeliner
Maybelline Full N' Soft Mascara
Korean Brand Lashes (Outer Corner)

Nappy Curls Alert (LOL)

I also received something in the mail yesterday. Sadly there was a pretty big hole like someone was trying to pry open the box. I was a bit mad so when I was cutting it open, I tossed my scissors and I forgot my camera was on my bed. So there's a really light chip of the color - nothing big, but with my OCD kicking in its bugging the crap out of me, lol. I can't wait to do a post later this week!<3

I HOPE ALL OF YOU HAD A GREAT THANKSGIVING!

So most of you know or heard of Black Friday. I believe its pretty similar to warehouse sales, stores open as early as 3AM and you can get a lot of items 30%-60% off. I was so ecstatic last year because I got a ton of stuff, but sadly, this year I hardly got anything. I wanted to get some clothes, but the items that were on sale were not....nice, haha. I was so disappointed that I even forgot to step into Sephora to get something for a swap, lol!

So, I didn't get anything make up related - sadly, I really wanted to get my hands on NARS Sheer Glow Foundation and the Book of Shadows II as I missed their F&F sale! But I'm actually eyeing 2 palettes from Beauties Factory - well, maybe 4 (ha!) so I can't wait to get those and review them for you lovelies!

I've always stayed away from news as I hate hearing and knowing about things like this going on in our society. But as Thanksgiving arrived, I saw this video (below) of Sam (you may all know her and Nic's channel pixiwoo) doing a makeup tribute to Sophie Lancaster, a victim of hate crime.

Sometimes I do get questions about my brushes, like which ones I recommend and which ones I would purchase first. This is so long overdue - sorry Vonvon! I'm going to review some of my brushes I've had for years and some that I've acquired the last few months. I'm not going to lie, I am fond of brushes and I do intend to get more because I'm so lame like that - plus, I can get lazy washing brushes so having back ups are helpful. Besides, there's no such thing as having enough brushes right? *wink*

Here's what I have so far - and yes, I do manage to use them all, lol.

I've never been fond of using liquid foundation as I hate the feeling of it on my skin. I've always stuck to mineral foundation since its feels much lighter and doesn't look obvious. I don't recommend anyone using foundation at all unless you feel you really need it (i.e redness, blotchy-ness, acne scarring etc.) only because there really is no need to wear foundation if you have pretty decent skin. I'd recommend a tinted moisturizer or a powder foundation more than anything.

Anyway, I've tested quite a few foundations before and none of them worked for me. I've pretty much given up and went back to my Pur Minerals Pressed Foundation, but I saw this and wanted to give it a try. A few of you may have already read or watched reviews on this product already, but one more wouldn't hurt right? Its Maybelline's SuperStay 24-Hour Makeup.

This is so long overdue - I apologize! A lot of us now are starting to do DIY skin care. We're all starting to make our own masks, scrubs - even toners and moisturizers. It gets exhausting seeing new products come out in the market that claims to do so much and yet you get no results. Especially when it comes to eye care. I'm going to be sharing what I think is one of the best organic eye care books I've read to date - or more or less, the only eye care book I've read and will read, haha.

Organic Eye Care Recipes was written by Leon Rao, a natural skin care advisor and the owner of Beauty Secrets Revealed. Leon has also written the ever so famous skin care book, Leon's Anti-Aging Beauty Secrets, which features Ayurvedic (in short, Hindu system of medicine) recipes.

This book is filled with loads of information, tips, recipes and even eye exercises (massages people, lol). I still haven't even tried most of the recipes and tips she has in her book, but the ones I've tried so far, have worked real nicely. Now, I have naturally dark circles all thanks to genetics, but with this book I was able to make my eyes appear less dead and more alert - especially on days when I don't get enough sleep! I've also noticed the fine lines around my eye has dramatically softened and I am ecstatic.

I highly recommend you ladies (and gents) to check out this book - especially if you're looking for affordable alternatives to get rid of dark circles and crow's feet. She even talks about your diet and how to take better care of your body inside and out. This book originally goes for $27USD, but now for a special limited time offer, you can purchase this book for only $18USD + you get two free books along with it. Its a great deal, so don't miss out.

I've been hearing a lot of great things about Leon's natural eyelash serum, Lash Mantra as well. I've been lemming on that beauty for quite some time now and I recommend you all checking that out as well. Its an affordable and safe alternative to those other lash serums in the market today.

**DISCLAMER: I was given this product to review and all opinions are based on my own experiences. What works for me may not work for you. Before doing any type of DIY skin care, preceed with caution.

I was going to do a step-by-step picture guide on how I make and use this mask, but I haven't been able to get any sleep lately and I pretty much look like a dead cow - so that's not going to happen, lol. I haven't done much with this series, and I feel like I should start since right now my skin needs a little pick-me-up. Now some of you may have heard about the anti-aging benefits that egg whites are said to have - like helping to lift and firm the skin. Honestly, this doesn't work miracles - duh, but it does help give a temporary fix and I like using egg whites to sort of "perk up" my skin.

So, this was supposed to be a swap/bday package with the lovely Hanna and since the items I was eyeing wasn't available, Hanna decided to purchase me similar items and substitutes. I'm really liking Etude House so far. This is definitely one of my favorite Korean brands alongside Banila Co. ♥

I was happy and relieved that Lane received my package, and then I came home last night to find my long awaited parcel from the awesome Hanna has arrived! Here's a quick sneak peek of my next post.

Yes, that's a drawing of Kakashi from Naruto
just in case you're wondering, lol. (:

Hello beauties! Yes, it's that time again. Urban Decay is having another Friends & Family sale! From November 9TH till November 20TH, you get 30% off on your entire order! So go get your palettes, value sets and everything you've been eyeing! Remember to enter FNFW1 at checkout!

Before I start with the review, I want to ask those who've shopped at Eyeko before, have they raised their prices slightly? Last time I was on Eyeko, the cream was I believe $8USD - now its $9USD? Also, I believe their Fat Blam use to be $5USD and now its $8USD? Correct me on that? Or maybe I just haven't been on the site for a while my eyes are playing tricks on me, lol.

I've tried so many mascaras in the past from high-end to low-end and I always go back to drugstore mascaras. They're easy access, affordable, and most of them have really nice formulas. But I've also started to venture out in Asian brands and have fallen in love with fiber mascaras as well. So here's a quick low down on my top three.

I'm actually a primer/base fanatic as I'm always for the look out for a good primer. My current go-to primer is the Bare Escentuals primer, but I've been hearing some good things about The Body Shop Skin Primer Matte It from the current Fall '09 collection, so I wanted to try it out. Surprisingly enough, the two are pretty similar.

Hey guys! I wanted to thank all my friends and blogger buddies who wished me a Happy Birthday. It really made my day since I don't really get that much on my day, lol. And a big thanks to miss Anjalee who woke me up in the middle of the night just to say happy birthday, haha. I had a blast hanging out with you and the guys, too bad you couldn't have my birthday dinner with us! They surprised me with a homemade cake! It was also my 1 year anniversary with my BF, so he asked his cousin to help surprise me. How awesome is he? His cousin is such a pro baker, I love all her cakes. ♥

But I'm not here to talk about that or my birthday, lol. I made an order from the beautiful Miss Pop Champagne's line, Glam, Sparkle & Pop. She was so sweet to add some extra goodies for me and since I'm real happy with my purchase, I wanted share. I ordered the "Autumn Necklace", which features a nice Swarovski leaf pendant with three swarovski pearls on a 16" chain. And for the price of 17CDN, can you say love?

So I was interested in some skin care items Lane was selling on her blog. When she told me I had to wait 6-10 weeks for them to arrive since they were liquids, I was bummed. But they arrived on Saturday along with a birthday love package from the amazing Blovet Beauty! I was ecstatic! Singapore post is pretty quick! ♥
Somewhat overdue. This was requested by Blair a few posts back. Sorry I took a little long to do this review for you hun! I only purchased the eyeshadow palette since I'm really trying to restrain myself from purchasing items I don't need, ha! Plus, holiday season is coming up and I'm saving all I can for Black Friday, hahaha. Now on to the review. Dubbed the Korean version of Benefit, Banila Co. is a very sleek and chic brand with a nice range of products.

Its frustrating not being able to unleash some creativity behind the computer - well Photoshopping that is. I haven't made a manipulation or collage since my new layout and resources on Artificial Decay. School's sucked the fun out of me. I don't really feel like doing anything at all. I just want to come home, nap then read all your lovely blogs on all the new finds and new products that would make me go broke (LOL). Plus, every one's blogs really bring up my day. But of course life doesn't work that way as I'm stuck with chores, homework, and some drama in between. But hey, if I didn't have all that then life would probably be a bore.

New found love? No, I don't have a new BF (LOL). But I have found something that is superior to my current holy grail mascara - the Maybelline Hypercurl Cat Eyes. After trying different local mascaras - Rimmel Glam Eyes, Cover Girl Lash Exact, L'Oreal Voluminous, etc. - there is now a winner. *drum roll*

And the winner is......

So, I came back home and I saw a box near my computer. Turns out my Banila Co. order came yesterday. My mom told me that the stupid P.O guy knocked the door then just left my package out in the rain. WTF MAN, I know there was a storm yesterday, but couldn't he just wait a minute or two? It wasn't that bad really, just winds at 30MPH (maybe a little higher?) speeds, hahahaha. But luckily everything was in tact and wasn't damaged so I'm good. BOO to that lazy P.O though! But any way, I think I did something similar to this on my old blog, so I wanted to bring it back. But instead of writing about things I dislike, I'm listing my current favorites.

You like the new header? I made it in Photoshop yesterday using an old collage. I'm not one to watch animated movies, but my BF wanted to watch 9, so I thought might as well. Surprisingly enough, it was pretty interesting. Its such a dark movie - which I love, and the storyline's pretty cool - not to mention there's a good amount of action, haha. I can't really say much without revealing the story, so I guess I can let the pictures do the job.

Oh, and I love 7 - she's super athletic, lol.
Sources: Hamaraphotos & Teaser Trailer

Any body seen a new movie and has a recommendation? Next on my list is definitely G.I Joe. I saw Wolverine and I didn't like it much. Also, I'm a bit inspiration-less these days - so if there's anything you want to see me write about, do let me know. Any suggestions would help a lot! Or does anyone need a new header, banner, or anything? I've been in a photoshopping mood lately.
Just some old scans I've collected and they have some nice makeup techniques. I thought maybe someone could find some use with these. I wish I could translate these, but I'm still a noob with Japanese, lol. The pictures pretty much speak for themselves. I got these scans from a livejournal community, but the credit says Hudie, so I guess credit goes to that site.

Click thumbnail to view in full. Opens in new window. Enjoy!

I wanted to make a quick post about something that's non-beauty related. This is I guess kind of health related? I don't know, take it as you wish! I was supposed to make a post of this sooner, but it completely went out of my head and I just remembered now when I heard my neighbor telling his kid its important to drink 8 glasses of water every day. But is it true? So if a lot of you watch the Food Network, then you may have heard or watched Food Detectives. There was an episode discussing whether or not it was necessary to drink 8 glasses of water each day.

So I just finished reading my chapter for tomorrow and I have some free time so why not post tomorrow's post early. And yes, as the title says, I love Japanese sponge tip applicators. They're dense, soft and feels so nice! Much better than the crap we have here. I wish I could get a pack from Daiso or something because I haven't used brushes since I've got these palettes. Crazy huh? They make life so easy. (:
See how bad they make our sponge tip applicators look? LOL.

Okay so I'm not here to talk about the sponge tip applicators, I'm going to review one of the two Majolica Majorca palettes Lane sent me. I'm usually not a fan of green and blue eye shadows (they don't work for me), but for some reason this palette works. Compared to Lavshuca, MJ's packaging is much more sturdy, which is a definite plus.
I'm pretty relieved that I finished my exam for my Computer Science course yesterday, and don't you just hate it when you study for an exam and half the things you studied aren't on the test? I saw the exam questions and went "WHA?", ha! I hope I did ok since there were a few questions that got me stumbled so I had to guess on quite a few. But anywho, I've been trying out a new mascara since a few people had been talking about it and it was a good price (about $6USD) for it so I thought why not.

I've been trying Rimmel's Glam'eyes Lash Flirt Mascara for about 3 weeks now and I think I'm able to compare it to my current HG mascara, Maybelline's Hyper Curl Cat Eyes Mascara (Thanks Hanna!).

Okay, I've finally got the chance to review these awesome palettes I've received from the beautiful Lane of Blovet Beauty. This palette is from Lavshuca's recent fall collection and the color Lane got me was GN-1 - which is a green based palette.

Even though I don't do many posts on skin care, but I'm obsessed with achieving the "flawless skin". After all, flawless makeup requires a nice clean base right? Since acne hit me in 2005, I've been researching on ingredients that works best for my skin and being cautious of what I put on my skin. If you have read my "How I Cleared My Acne and Acne Scars" post, then you have read about me using nutmeg and honey as an acne scar treatment. It may sound a little odd for most people, but this recipe indeed really works. Again, all thanks to Sesame and Leon.

I wanted to post this yesterday, but I had class from 8AM to 4Pm so I didn't have a chance to. Any who, Lane was sweet enough to award me with the Gorgeous Blogger Award. Thanks so much sweety! Along with the award, it said I'm supposed to state 6 facts about myself. So here goes....
My skin changes as the seasons change. So now that we're stepping into fall (even though its still damn HOT), my skin is starting to get on the drier side. So, since I still have some masks that Hanna had sent me in our first swap, I decided to give the Hyaluronic Acid Mask a shot. I was not disappointed.

For those of you who aren't aware of what hyaluronic acid is, its basically helps seal in moisture within the skin. Hyaluronic Acid is also often used to rejuvenate the skin. You can read more about it here.
What the package says about Hyaluronic Acid:
"Hyaluronic acid is the key water maintaining substances in human skin and can bind 100-1000 times its own weight, keeping skin silky soft."

It says "For Ultimate Skin Hydration". It definitely is.

Let me tell you - when I opened the package, it was totally soaked that the product actually ran down my chin, lol. This is the first time I've used a sheet mask that was literally drenched. I can feel my skin drinking up the moisture from the mask, which was a feeling I haven't experienced with other masks. It felt pretty refreshing, not to mention the nice cooling and slight tightening sensation as well.

Just trying to have fun while waiting, lol.

After 15-20 minutes, I removed the mask and my skin felt really nice. Definitely more hydrated than before I applied the mask. My skin felt slightly softer, nothing dramatic, but definitely a little softer. I loved that this mask's eye area actaully fits. I usually have to snipt a bit of the mask in order for it to fit my eye area. With this, I didn't have to and I have to give KUDOS to TheFaceShop for the mask size.

I like the fact that you could feel the difference automatically. This mask is definitely perfect for those who have dry/severe dry skin. I'd say this mask would be okay for those with combination/oily skin, but if you super oily skin, maybe you should steer clear. This mask is really concentrated.

-----

On another note, I recieved a package in the mail today and it happens to be from Lane. I swear I love this girl, not only has she spoiled me with some awesome goodies but she made the package so pretty. Makes my package to her look like crap! Thank you so much babe!

I'm currently typing up the post for tomorrow - so in the meantime, is there any one out there who likes to photoshop? I started updating my PS Resources again and uploaded a new layout as well. Go check it out (click image).

For those who aren't familiar with the people on the layout.
It's the Korean group 2PM/2AM. I miss Jay already.

I seriously can't stop looking at everything.
Laney babe, you are the shiz! ♥
I was so bored last night I decided to do two different looks on each eye, haha. I did a monochrome cut crease on one eye and an extreme cat eye on the other. All the pictures are in black and white because it'll be more clear that way. Plus, it goes with the theme yea? (:

The cut crease look. I had some Self-Adhesive falsies from N.Y.C, but they weren't sticky enough to stay on. ): Look was done using the pencil technique and a black and white eyeshadow.

Hey everyone! My eye's been irrtated lately, so that's why I haven't done any other type of EOTD, but I have done an EOTD last week. Sadly though, the colors got super washed out by the webcam, so BOO! But anywho, I was ecstatic that my NYX order came in just 2-3 days! Let me tell you, I was not disappointed! I'm going to focus more on the MAC and NYX products since some of the other purchases are for a swap, lol. I've been good with buying makeup. I haven't been to my MAC counter to check out the new HD collection and F/W Trend Collection that MAC came out with. So I've been saving (well, for something else, lol) - so aren't you all proud of me? XD

I missed school today, I didn't get any sleep! I was tossing and turning all night. Then when I do finally sleep, I wake up almost every 15-20 minutes in between. It got really annoying that I turned off my alarm and slept until 10AM. Does any one have this problem too? I was kind of grumpy through out the day here and there. My under eye circles (thanks to genetics) get dark quick. I look like a panda.

So, those of you who have read my post about TheFaceShop's Quick & Clean BB Cream on my old blog, then you know how much I like BB Creams. I was running out of the Skinfood Mushroom BB Cream sample (which I adore) and decided to try out the Missha one since I've been hearing quite some raves on youtube and blogs.

Boredom kills when you've finished all your homework and projects. Any who, I'm sure all of you know what I'm talking about when I say the words, "88 Palette" or even the "120 Palette". It was such a big hit when it first came out and I didn't jump on the bandwagon until way later, like months later. You can find this anywhere - on EBay, StarsMakeupHaven, Coastal Scents, Beauties Factory, etc. At first I was really skeptical, but when the products arrived, I was pretty happy with some of the payoff.

I've just started with makeup and all and honestly speaking, I adore avant garde type makeup. I love looking at dramatic and bold looks rather than the more neutral "wearable" looks. It just seems more interesting. Any way, I did an inspired look off MAC's Colour Craft Collection called, "Eclectic Edge" - which is I guess you can say a modern take on the smokey eye. I was bored last night and wanted to do something before I went to bed, haha. I wanted my lines more sharp because I didn't want it to be exactly like the image.

The Inspiration

School's been a bit slow. My teacher cancelled class for a week already, how odd is that? LOL. I'm just happy that I'm finally feeling better! The flu has left for good! Anywho, Traclyn was so sweet to give me another award! Or more like awards? Haha.

03. Apply MAC's Cocomotion pigment in the 2/3.

06. Use #4 (or any matte black color) to deepen the crease and add some depth. Slightly blend the color inwards.
07. Apply #5 on your brow bone as a soft highlight.
08. Apply Cocomotion pigment on the mid part of your bottom lashes and use color #1 near your tear duct.
09. Apply your favorite mascara, eyeliner and your finished!

A diagram of where I applied the shadows.

Yes the pictures aren't clear, but if you read my previous posts you'd know that my trusty camera broke down on me, so I'm using my laptop cam for this. The cam doesn't do the colors any justice, but its not that blurry right? For now all my EOTD/FOTD pictures will be taken by my webcam until I save up money for a new camera, lol. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good camera?

Any who, this is a simple gold and burgundy look. I hope you all like.

THE LOOK:

01. I applied UDPP then I applied the Jordana Eye Fixation (similar to MAC Shadestick) in Champagne Craze (Shimmery Golden Beige) as a base and softened the edges.

02. I applied color #1 (golden yellow color) on the inner 1/3 of my eye with a small e/s brush.

03. Next I grabbed color #2 (medium gold) and placed it on my middle of my eye leaving the outer 1/3 free of eyeshadow. I lightly blended color #1 and #2 together with a medium e/s brush.

04. After, I took a small rounded crease brush (a pencil brush is also fine) and I lightly deposit color #3 onto my outer 1/3 and slightly winging the color up.

05. I grabbed some more of that #3 color to darken it and slowly blending it with color #2.

06. I took a q-tip and lightly dabbed it in makeup remover to create the sharp line then applied my foundation to clean the line up.

07. Then I added color #4 lightly to my brown bone and blended downwards to blend out any harsh lines.

08. Applied shade #3 on my outer lower 1/3, then #2 in the 2/3 and finally #1 on my inner 1/3 and towards the tear duct.

09. Tightlined and lined my waterline with a soft black pencil.

10. Lined my eyes with a dark brown gel liner and added two coats of mascara then shaped and filled my brows.

FINISHED!

Of course, you can always turn it up a notch and add some falsies, but I usually don't wear any. Talk to you all soon! ♥
