How To: Sharpen Them Lines
/
21 Comments
This was a request by Blair as she wanted to know how I achieve those sharp lines in some of my looks. There are many ways to do this, and this is one of them. Enjoy. (:
Don't know why there's that black line there. I used too much concealer,
so it snipped off a little bit of the edge, ha!
EOTD using:
Majolica Majorca GR750 Palette
Maybelline Color Pearls Marbleized Shadow in Mocha Mirage
Majolica Majorca Lash Expander Frame Plus
You can also use scotch tape, make-up wipes, make-up remover or you can simple draw in the line with the shadow and stay within the boundary. It's all in your preference. I hope this helps. ♥

ReplyDeleteThat is such a great tip Dee! Most people I know just use some tape but I like your method so much better ;D
ReplyDeleteSuchhh a beautiful eyess!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm with Illyana on this! Using moisturizer to clean up is so much better than tape!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip! I usually use tape, but I will try this now. Beautiful EOTD too!
ReplyDeleteThanks for showing how you make it. It was very helpful and it looks gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that all of you liked this! ♥
ReplyDeleteOooh this is a great tip, Dee! Definitely will try this! :D

It's the portable version though. Lmk if you want the full version!)
You have such lovely eyes!
ReplyDeleteFarah, Lan and Sesame - Thank you loves!
ReplyDeleteIris! Omg, I love you! I've been wanting to try CS4. Of course I would love the full version, please. ♥ I'm going to put the portable version on my BF's laptop since he wants to learn PS, haha. Thank you so much! *TACKLES* Imma make you a wallie now, puahaha.
You're welcome! ^^ No need to make me a wallie... But if you insist, how can I possibly refuse? xD I might just send you PS via mail. It's too big to upload; I'd have to split the file numerous times. :x Email me your addy instead, hun! I'll just send it to you via that. (It's still the same one I gave you before!)
ReplyDeleteYour make-up looks so flawless!
ReplyDeletei love the end result! gonna try it for sure! thanks for the tuto :)
ReplyDeleteAnastacia & Manju: Thank you girls! Gad you like it. (:
ReplyDeleteIris: LOL, you cutie. Hmm. Does the full version stall as much as the portable version? I can import CS3 psds, but it freezes a little then its ok, lol. I find it as slow as CS2 - for now anyway, haha.
You have a tumblr? What about equalslove.net? And gimme the email you use most so I can email you, or email me at my beautyblog email hanideebeauty@gmail.com LMAO.<3
That's a great look! I'm assuming you do this look before you put on your foundation or concealer, because I cant imagine doing this after? Anyway, awesome smokey look :)

ReplyDeleteI actually had foundation on and the moisturizer doesn't really mess with the foundation much unlike a makeup remover would. (: Thanks!
