Tag/Award + New Bags + Love From S'pore Part Dos!

I wanted to post this yesterday, but I had class from 8AM to 4Pm so I didn't have a chance to. Any who, Lane was sweet enough to award me with the Gorgeous Blogger Award. Thanks so much sweety! Along with the award, it said I'm supposed to state 6 facts about myself. So here goes....


Uno - At times I favor foreign music more than western music. I get tired of hearing about sex, money, drugs, and pointless rap that makes no sense what so ever.

Dos - I love Japanese and Korean cuisine! Korean BBQ and Japanese Sushi is the sh*t! ♥

Tres - Can be an Anime addicted. I love Case Closed, xxHolic, Bleach, Naruto, etc.

Cuatro - Adore all things Japanese and Korean beauty related. Watching dramas and looking at adverts are what got me interested in the first place.

Cinco - I love a thrill. Whether it be a crazy ride, getting a good scare, or just plain living the moment - it exhilarates me.

Seis - I can hold grudges. I can get over a situation, but I'll never forget. Screw me over once and you're dead in my book.

Now onto my love package from Lane ♥

I give Lane major props for decorating the box so amazing cute! Its about the most adorable box I've seen. It really shows her personality. (:


Look at the cute extras! You have no idea how much I squealed when I opened the package. I was super excited that it came so quick.


She gave me some extras too. A pore refiner sample from Vichy and hair samples from Enfanti - as well as an eyeshadow from VoV and a hair accessory! It so cute, though I may not be able to work it, lol. She also gave me an earring, but I forgot to take a picture.


Towels from Etude. These are the most adorable things I've ever seen. I don't even want to open it because I'm afraid of messing it up. Its just too pretty.


The main items. I wanted to try some MJ palettes and I was eyeing this Lavshuca palette for a while, and Lane was so kind to pick it up for me while she was in Japan. I've been hearing great things about the Majolica Majorca Lash Expander Frame Plus, so I wanted to give it a shot. I hope it lives to the maybelline Cat Eyes mascara, which is my current HG product.


Majolica Majorca Trick On Eyes in GR750. It consists of a nice beige-brown, light-medium green, vivid blue (think MAC's Deep Truth or Freshwater) and a light golden-yellow.


Next MJ palette is the Trick On Eyes in BR751. I've tried all these colors yesterday and it worked real nicely. This palette consists of a gold, silver-purple (think MAC's Shale), medium brown and a nice pale pink.


Last is Lavshuca's Light Mix Eyes in GN-1. This one has lovely shades of olives and golds with hints of greens. Its really a nice palette.

I have to say, these MJ and Lavshuca palettes have such a lovely texture. The shimmer is super fine and gives the lid a nice sheen. I'll be reviewing these palettes individually this week so swatches will come later.

I also purchased some bags. There were three all together, but my mom needed a new bag, so I gave her one. I've been into smaller bags and clutches lately, since I don't really carry much stuff.

A Rosetti bag and a Vera Wang "Simply Vera" clutch.

I absolutely love the Vera Wang clutch. Its not too small like other clutches so I can fit way more items. Also, the top folds and has a magnetic closure, which is much more convenient for me.
It feels so nice not hauling a big tote around!

    oh gosh i love korean and japanese food... and all kindsa other foods! haha! ;P isn't it great receiving packages? theres always the anticipation of when its gonna come... hehe! cute clutch as well, simple but nice! :)

    Ah MJ palettes! I love how silky smooth they are :)
    Is Lash Expander the one which has comb wand? If it is so, the mascara is really good, but removing it is quite a pain.. I tend to mix up MJ mascaras :P They all have similar packaging.
