I actually really like the packaging. Square with slightly pinched sides gives a unique look. I don't find it difficult to store this blush unlike MAC (I tend to keep the products in their boxes for easier storage). Excite is a vibrant coral that needs a really light hand to apply. I was careless when I first purchased this and applied this blush a dense blush brush and I looked like a pumpkin, haha. I prefer softer, less dense brushes to use with this is as it applies the color more softly.
Isn't it a lovely shade? I also enjoy using this as a transition/blending shade for when I do eye looks. It works very well for that and helps warm up cooler shadows. I think this shade looks great on all skin tones as long as you use a fluffy blush brush to help diffuse the color. Excite's texture is smooth and soft - not at all powdery.

The color reminded me of a Shu Uemura blush I have, but mine is more of a reddish hue.
